Cemetery located on Jackson Summit, Town of Mayfield, County of Fulton, N.Y.

aged 64 years and 9 days

In memory of Anna Bogert, the wife of G. Allen
died March the 22, 1821
aged 22 years

In memory of Sarah Maria, daughter of James Bogert
died Sept. 9, 1813
aged 1 year
